Vitame - Vitality for You and Me

Superfood is not magic food. It doesn't make you a "superman" or "superwoman" after eating it. Instead it is used to describe food with high nutrient or phytochemical content that may confer health benefits, such as blueberries which contain moderate-rich concentrations of anthocyanins, vitamin C, manganese, and dietary fibre, pterostilbene, and low calorie content. Other examples of superfoods include goji berries, pumpkin seeds, maca powder etc etc which are rich in various nutrients.

Raw foods refer to foods which are processed at temperature less than 40°C. Raw foodists believe that foods cooked above this temperature have lost much of their nutritional value and are less healthful or even harmful to the body. Raw foods have natural enzymes, which are critical in building proteins and rebuilding the body, and that heating these foods would destroy the natural enzymes and can leave toxins behind.

As one of the major vendors in this business area, we mainly promotes raw, organic, and vegan superfoods.
